The clinic\u2019s skin and laser treatment room

Medical Aesthetics

Laser treatments, run by clinicians.

Non-invasive skin and laser treatments on Cynosure technology, assessed, planned and performed inside a medical clinic rather than a salon.

Why here

The difference is who is holding the device.

Laser and energy-based treatment is a medical procedure. Skin type, medications, history and expectations all change what is safe and what will work, and all of that is already in your chart here.

Assessed before it is booked

A consultation comes first, every time. Some people leave it with a plan and some leave it with a reason not to proceed.

Your chart is in the room

Medications, conditions and previous treatment are known rather than declared on a form at the door.

Cynosure technology

Established, medical-grade platforms, maintained and operated by trained clinicians.

Honest expectations

How many sessions, what the result realistically looks like, and what it will not do. Written down before you commit.

Aftercare that is planned

What to expect in the days afterwards, what is normal, and who to call if something is not.

A physician on site

If a reaction needs medical attention, the clinic it happens in is a medical clinic.

How it works

Consultation, plan, treatment, review.

  1. 1

    Consultation

Your skin, your history and what you want to change. We assess suitability and explain the options, including doing nothing.

  2. 2

A written plan and a quote

Number of sessions, spacing, total cost and expected outcome. No pressure to book on the day.

  3. 3

    Treatment

Performed by a clinician, in the treatment room, with the settings chosen for your skin rather than a default.

  4. 4

    Review

Results assessed against the plan, and the course adjusted or stopped based on what actually happened.

Cost

Aesthetic treatment is not covered by OHIP.

This is elective care, so it is billed to you. The consultation fee and the full course price are both quoted before anything is booked.

Tell us about these at the consult

  • Every medication you take, including the ones that affect sun sensitivity
  • Any skin condition, current or past
  • Previous laser, needling or injectable treatment, and when
  • Recent sun exposure or tanning, including self-tanner
  • Whether you are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • What you actually want to change, in your own words

What we will not do

We will not treat skin that should be assessed rather than lasered. If something looks like it needs a diagnosis, you are seeing the right kind of clinic to get one.

We will not sell you a course that will not work on your skin, and we will not start one that needs sun avoidance you cannot realistically manage. Saying not now is part of the job.

Start with a consult

Find out what is possible before you commit.

One appointment, an honest assessment and a written plan with a price on it. If it is not the right treatment for your skin, you will hear that instead.
