Do I need an appointment for the walk-in clinic?
No. Walk-ins are seen without an appointment during all clinic hours. Joining the queue online before you leave home means you can wait where you're comfortable instead of in the waiting room.

Can I see the walk-in doctor if I have a family doctor elsewhere?
Yes. The walk-in clinic is open to everyone with a valid Ontario health card. We send a visit summary to your own physician so your record stays in one place.

What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Statutory holiday hours are posted on this page in advance.
