Dr. Muadh Tajudeen is the Principal Family Physician and founder of East Guelph Medical Clinic. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University, where he contributes to the training and mentorship of future physicians.
With certifications from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) and the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom (MRCGP), Dr. Tajudeen brings a wealth of international experience to his practice. He specializes in managing chronic conditions, addressing mental health concerns, and promoting preventative care for individuals and families.
In his academic role, Dr. Tajudeen is actively involved in clinical teaching, supporting medical students and residents in community-based family medicine. His clinic serves as a growing hub for multidisciplinary care and medical education.
