Dr. Muadh Tajudeen is the Principal Family Physician and founder of East Guelph Medical Clinic. He is also an Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) in the Department of Family Medicine at McMaster University, where he contributes to the training and mentorship of future physicians.

With certifications from the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) and the Royal College of General Practitioners in the United Kingdom (MRCGP), Dr. Tajudeen brings a wealth of international experience to his practice. He specializes in managing chronic conditions, addressing mental health concerns, and promoting preventative care for individuals and families.

In his academic role, Dr. Tajudeen is actively involved in clinical teaching, supporting medical students and residents in community-based family medicine. His clinic serves as a growing hub for multidisciplinary care and medical education.

He is a strong advocate for a multidisciplinary and patient-centered approach to healthcare, ensuring every patient receives holistic and personalized treatment. Through his leadership, East Guelph Medical Clinic is evolving into a modern, academically affiliated community clinic integrating clinical care, education, and innovation.

Dr. Fauzana Ibrahim completed her postgraduate training in the UK and provides friendly, patient-focused family care. She believes in building trust with her patients and ensuring they feel heard, supported, and involved in their health decisions. Her practice focuses on prevention, helping patients reduce risk factors and manage chronic conditions. She has a special interest in women’s health, including reproductive care and menopause support. Outside of work, Dr. Ibrahim enjoys trying out new recipes, taking road trips, and capturing moments through photography.

Dr. Adewole Abiola is a dedicated family physician with over a decade of experience practicing medicine across Nigeria and the United Kingdom. Specializing in preventive care, chronic disease management, orthopedics, and mental health, he is known for his holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare, where each treatment plan is tailored to meet the individual needs of patients. Dr. Abiola is passionate about educating his patients and promoting wellness, both in clinical practice and through community engagement. Outside of his medical career, Dr. Abiola enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and contributing to community service. He also advocates for the well-being and work-life balance of healthcare professionals.

Dr. Abiola earned his MBBS from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria, and is certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CCFP) and the Royal College of General Practitioners (MRCGP).

Diverse experience in Nigeria and the UK over the past decade with core patient-centered care. Specializing in acute care, chronic diseases, Orthopaedic joint injections, and mental health in primary care. He transitioned to the UK after passing the PLAB exams, progressing from Orthopaedic Fellow to Specialist Registrar in internal medicine and general practice.

Dr. Abiola is a strong advocate for patient education and actively mentors junior doctors and international medical graduates entering the NHS system.

He is involved in research to improve healthcare access for ethnic minorities and regularly organizes community health programs to raise awareness on wellness.

Dr. Adeoloni is a compassionate and experienced Family Physician certified by the General Medical Council in the United Kingdom and the College of Family Physicians of Canada. With international medical training and clinical experience across Nigeria, the United Kingdom, and Canada, he brings a global perspective to patient care.

He is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient centred care for individuals and families at all stages of life. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and mental health, with a strong focus on patient education and collaborative care planning. Known for his holistic and culturally sensitive approach, Dr. Adeoloni values long lasting doctor patient relationships built on trust, respect, and open communication, and is committed to supporting patients in achieving their health goals.

At the heart of our infusion service is Jennifer Vong, a highly experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse dedicated to patient centered care.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from Western University and brings over nine years of experience in both public health and clinical care.

Jennifer is known for creating a supportive and welcoming environment, ensuring every patient feels informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit.

Alexander Mathew is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), bringing over 20 years of experience in mental health, behavioral sciences, and organizational development. He has worked in various roles, including clinician, educator, leadership coach, and organizational consultant, with a focus on supporting mental well-being in both personal and professional contexts.

Alexander uses an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy, combining evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. His personalized approach ensures treatment is tailored to meet each client’s needs, fostering their journey toward growth and well-being.
