Walk-In Clinic

Mental Health
Assessment and ongoing support for anxiety, depression, sleep and seasonal affective disorder, with longer appointments booked for it and referral to counselling or psychiatry when that is the right step.

Infusion Therapy
Intravenous iron for deficiency that oral supplements cannot correct, or cannot correct quickly enough. Physician-supervised, monitored throughout, in a treatment room facing a lit forest panel rather than a hospital corridor.

Cardiology
Lifeheart Cardiology holds a clinic inside ours. Consults, stress testing and follow-up on Eastview Road, with the cardiologist reading the same chart as your family doctor.

Travel Medicine

Medical Aesthetics
Non-invasive skin and laser treatment on Cynosure technology, assessed and performed inside a medical clinic. Every treatment starts with an assessment and a written plan, including what it will cost.

Footcare & Orthotics
Assessment, custom orthotics and footwear through BioPed, on site at the clinic. Particularly useful for diabetic foot care, where regular checks prevent much worse.

Send the referral or intake form
A provider referral or your own intake form starts the process. Both are short online forms.

The team reviews it and books you
We check the indication and the bloodwork, then call you with a consult time.

Physician assessment
A physician confirms the dose and the plan, and answers what you want to ask before anything is infused.

Infusion scheduled
Weekend appointments in Unit A1, Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

The infusion itself
Thirty to sixty minutes with monitoring throughout, and a short observation period afterwards.

Cost, and how to start
The administration fee is$150 CAD per infusion. The medication itself is often covered by a private plan, and we provide an invoice you can submit for reimbursement. Reception confirms both figures before you book.
